One thing I will say about many of the people in the Top 10, including Hardy, is that meeting them in person and after spending a few days with them, several videos didn't quite get their true personality across. That probably shouldn't be a surprise given that we only had a minute, right? The cool thing about being up there is that we were all so completely different, often bringing complementary skills to the table...so it was really just about Murphy-Goode choosing who they felt was the best fit for their brand and future goals. I don't know how the others felt, but I am completely supportive of Hardy and would've been for anyone else from the Top 10. Things always work out the way they're supposed to, I think. I'm writing to you now to let you know I thought your interview with Michelle was both interesting and informative, and quite frankly, I'm shocked at Murphy-Goode's choice. I was really cheering for you! Hopefully this was good exposure to showcase your talent for more of a long-term position. It will be long before you find your niche and success.
